・Personal Injury Coverage
Up to ¥30 million per person. Covers injuries (including permanent disabilities) or death of passengers resulting from a motor vehicle accident, regardless of driver fault. Compensation amounts calculated based on policy terms.
Gold Coverage Exemption and Compensation Details
Customers enrolled in the Gold Liability Coverage plan are also eligible for the following additional coverage:

・Roadside Assistance
- Towing to a garage designated by our shop
- Lockout service if keys are locked inside the vehicle

When insurance coverage does not apply
・Damage exceeding the scope of coverage
・Failure to notify or report to the police
・Cases falling under the insurance policy's exclusions
(1) Tire damage and puncture repair costs

(3) Accidents caused intentionally, etc.
・In cases of violations
(1) Driving under the influence
(2) Dangerous driving
(3) Drug use
(4) Unauthorized extension
(5) Unauthorized drivers, etc.
・Cases involving negligence in management
(1) Damage to vehicle parts
(2) Theft due to unlocked vehicle
(3) Fueling with incorrect fuel type
(4) Loss of keys
(5) Smoking in non-smoking vehicles (including e-cigarettes and heated tobacco products)
